H. Elizabeth Noll, M.D., F.A.C.C. received her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Medicine in 1981 and completed  a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular diseases and  cardiac electrophysiology at the UCLA Wadsworth Medical Center .  She is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine with certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

In 1987 Dr. Noll returned to San Diego and joined the Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group where she has enjoyed a practice in cardiology and electrophysiology and serves as the Executive Medical Officer. Hospital appointments include the Chief of Cardiology and previous Chief of Staff at Sharp Memorial Hospital.  Dr. Noll is a Commander in the United States Navy Medical Corp and serves as a cardiologist at Naval Medical Center San Diego.

Dr. Noll became interested in flying through her husband, Dr. Reinaldo Beyer. She is an instrument rated private pilot and flies a Mooney Bravo.
